Why is it important?
Teams are growing in popularity in both research and application. However, there has yet to be a validated measure of their functioning. We provide multiple freely available (for nonprofit purposes) versions of a survey measure for such use.
Perspectives
We offer 50-, 30-, and 10-item versions of the survey. Which one you should use depends on your purpose(s) and intended use of the information. Although the longer versions take more time to administer, they provide a more thorough evaluation of team interactions.
