Why is it important?
Bullying is aggressive behavior that is repeated within a relationship of power imbalance. The power differential is the most important characteristic distinguishing bullying from aggression, but this is not consistently reflected in the measurement of bullying. This paper reviews instruments that measure aggressive behavior and that measure bullying among children aged 8 to 12.
