What is it about?

We present an integrated conceptual framework and measurement model of career development learning for senior high school students. Two independent samples provided evidence for the empirical quality of the model and its concurrent validity.

Students, career development practitioners, teachers, and researchers need theoretically-informed and empirically substantiated models and measures of career development factors that are associated with students' transitions beyond school to further education and work. This research provides a succinct and user-friendly tool for measuring core factors related to career planning and decision-making.
