This study develops and validates the 11 dimensions-49 items scale to measure OE. CFA model fit indicators for the proposed scale were found good according to the recommended values. The scale exhibited inclusive psychometric properties as per the results from the varied reliability and validity checks. Also the higher order measurement model suggested that OE is most influenced by “organisation innovation” dimension.
