What is it about?

It describes a method to compare different food aid products, produced from different countries, and provides guidance on how to consider the nutrients they provide and their cost in making decisions on the products and where they are sourced from.

To the best of our knowledge, this is one of the first manuscripts that has used these metrics in this way. Hopefully it serves as an example on how these type of decisions can be data informed.
