we implemented an OBE management program based on the PRECEDE -PROCEED model to identify the level and score of knowledge, attitude and preventive behavior before intervention and after 6 months program intervention.

Why is it important?
This is the first study which use PRECEDE -PROCEDE Model as a framework to improve knowledge, attitude, and preventive behavior of operating room nurses against OBE. Through intervention of the integrated and individualized program clarify vague understanding and correct negative attitude toward the OBE, translate these information into a preventive behavior in routine activities
