Radio spectrum has always had an important rol in the evolution of radio and television as media. But nowadays, within the Information Society development, this role is becoming more and more relevant. The article aims to explain the relationship between how frequencies (in radio and television) are managed and the resulting broadcast model, through the Spanish case study.
