What is it about?
The results are from an electronic survey and primary interviews of information professionals working in business, commerce, charities in the UK and worldwide. The survey results in 2017 followed six themes: what value looks like; communicating value; rich communication; emerging and changing skill sets; keeping up-to-date with professional issues; horizon scanning.
