What is it about?
Climate change in US eastern seaboard results in more extremes storms that disrupt the power system.. Corporate costs cutting by a utility company meant less maintenance and less tree trimming. The result was downed power lines and more and longer power outages. I show how consumers worked to overturn the cosy relationship between regulators and the power company.
