What is it about?
In this paper, the researcher examined the relationship between sleep disturbance and quality of life (both physical well-being and mental well-being) in patients with heart failure and their spousal caregivers at dyads level using the actor–partner interdependence model (APIM). The researchers found that quality of life negatively influenced by the individuals own sleep disturbance. Also, they found that mental well-being of patients is negatively influenced by having sleep disturbance in their spousal caregivers.
