Why is it important?

It provides an interdisciplinary framing where organisation studies, art and philosophy are made into 'conversation partners' in updating our knowledge of how creativity, play and entrepreneurship today are central forces in transforming organisations and businesses.

Perspectives

The future of business practice will be more and more about understanding how art, philosophy, literature are part of human creativity. Research, likewise, needs to develop a conversation capacity between these 'voices' of art, literature, philosophy and business. The topics of play, creativity and entrepreneurship are excellent ways to initiate this conversation.
