What is it about?

This is all about how difficult it is to lead networks of practice. We distinguish two types of extreme leadership strategies. One is about buffering and brokering: being one among equals who can connect and translate between people with different backgrounds within the network and shield them from external influences. This strategy seems extremely helpful in successfully managing networks of practice.
