Why is it important?
The paper was written out of the direct experience of being a university chaplain and reflecting upon the role of a doctrinal basis in the organizational lives of Christian Unions and University Chaplaincies, and in the personal and spiritual lives of students.
Perspectives
The pastoral and educational insights of Donald Capps, John Hull and James Fowler were important in shaping and informing my reflections upon ministry in this context.
