What is it about?

covert sound recording by patients/litigants is morally and ethically wrong; the contract between doctor(expert) and patient(litigant) is equivalent on both sides. Covert recording should cast doubt on the litigant's position. If both sides agree the situation is different but the mere recording of a consultation alters its dynamic and throws doubt on it veracity
