What is it about?
We assessed the use of medication in a general psychiatric ward after implementation of specific interventions. We did this by comparing prescriptions from the intervention period with prescriptions in the same ward three years earlier.

Restraint and coercion is an important matter, but he use of psychotropic drugs is also an essential matter as especially antipsychotic drugs contribute to reduced life-expectancy among individuals with severe mental illness.
