Why is it important?

Understanding what works for whom in which circumstances can help us develop successful interventions that have a real positive impact on emplpyee health and well-being. We need to understand about effective intervention processes and what makes interventions work rather than focusing on whether an intervention worked or not.

Perspectives

Personally, I feel this paper makes a valuable contribution in that it points to ways forward to designing, implementing and evaluating organisational interventions.
