What is it about?
This is about an intervention program curriculum to help sonographers mitigate occupational burnout. The curriculum was developed based on the findings of the associated factors from a sample of sonographers. This is the first time that such a curriculum is developed to help mitigate burnout.

Why is it important?
Our findings show that sonographers are burned out and are experiencing increased anxiety due to work conflict. The finding also showed that sonographers are open to participating in a program intervention.
Perspectives
Sonographers are key to the healthcare system but they are suffering a lot from burnout, work conflicts, anxieties, which affects not only their well-being but also the patient care. Being able to offer a program that helps them gain skills to mitigate burnout and deal with conflicts at work is a major change that will affect them individually but also the system as a whole, thus creating a better work environment and increasing job satisfaction
