What is it about?
We are wanting to understand how to better recognize and develop sustainable interventions for new dads who are depressed during the perinatal period.

Why is it important?
The incidence of depression is high in the general population and for men who are a challenge to get into therapy and GP services this is no less the case. Having a child can be a stressful experience for the mother but also the father and timely interventions for depression can help both parents and the family.
