What is it about?

The study explores how work-family conflict and family-work conflict predicts turnover intention. Furthermore the study explores the relationship in five different sectors and explores variations of constructs with respect to different demographic factors.

The study adds to body of literature by comparing the constructs across different industry sectors. Also, the cross-domain/matching domain hypothesis in work-family literature is tested and elaborated.
