What is it about?

This study shows that increased ethnic-cultural diversity results in a lower inclusive climate. In such teams, team members experience less opportunity to be their unique selves, are less appreciated, and are less seen as an esteemed member of the team.

The study shows that only focusing on increasing diversity might not result in an inclusive climate. To support inclusiveness, inclusive leadership is needed that supports team members' cooperation and appreciation for diversity.
