To investigate the effect of a new therapeutic approach, using an oscillating rod to strength the pelvic floor and deep abdominal musculature and to speed up recovery of continence after radical prostatectomy.

Why is it important?
Clinical Messages: •Within three weeks, a combination of continence training and sensorimotor training with an oscillation rod is more effective than conventional continence training alone and it has a beneficial effect on measured quality of life. • Benefits are greater in those patients with more severe incontinence.
