What is it about?
Catatonia has a cognitive impairment that can be difficult to appreciate in the presence of bizarre behavior and abnormal movements; nevertheless, the clock drawing test can provide a window into this cognitive dysfunction. A case report is presented that illustrates the usefulness of the clock drawing test and proposes brain networks that may be associated with the catatonia syndrome.
