What is it about?
Given the recent expansion of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) jurisdiction to include hospitals, physicians now are facing new legal and ethical challenges during interactions with ICE officers. So far, legal and professional institutions have offered little guidance on how to best navigate these complex encounters.
