What is it about?
This is a case featuring supratherapeutic memantine use in catatonia in schizophrenia, which can be safe option with other first line (benzodiazepines) and second line (electroconvulsive therapy) options fail. There are no other reported cases of supratherapeutic memantine use prior to this.
