What is it about?

The Ghanaian labour environment is faced with frequent labour agitations and strike actions between enployers and employees which call for concerned. This article makes the case that the Ghanaian Labour Law Act 2003 (Act 651) is a primary cause of such persistent labour disagreements. Thus, the laws contained in the Labour Act of 2003 are full of defections that need to be addressed. It teases out some of the defections and proffer some practical recommendations for friendly and cordial relationship between employers and employees.
