What is it about?
States' international obligations to prevent, stop and redress the COVID-19 outbreak and its consequences around the world.

Why is it important?
To understand the extent to which States have complied with their international obligations in respect of COVID-19 in line with the no-harm principle, International Human Rights Law, the International Health Regulations and International Humanitarian Law, as well as specific measures required by those bodies of international law to contain the pandemic and the prevent its recurrence.
