Comparison of amphibian diversity in areas under intensive versus subsistence agriculture in Uganda

What is it about?

In this paper we analyzed the species richness of amphibians and reptiles in two agricultural lands, one under intensive treatment and the other under subsistence treatment, in Uganda. We found that the differences were not strong, suggesting that agriculture is creating a homogeneous, altered habitat for tropical herpetofaunas
