Why is it important?

It is very important for the institutions of higher learning to learn what some institutions are doing and also to make them understand the gravity of the problem from other institutions perspectives.

Perspectives

The main thrust of the article is to provide advisory comments on what the institutions of higher learning need to do and also help them explore their gaps with the intention of addressing those gaps. I have raised some practical gaps in some of the institutions so that other institutions can also gauge their capacity toward addressing those gaps
