What is it about?
Pleomorphic Xantroastrocytoma is a rare low-grade astrocytoma that usually arises supratentorially in the cerebrum. Furthermore, cerebellar pleomorpich xantroastrocytoma is extremely rare. Our case presents a recurrent PXA of the cerebellum and a review of 28 previous cases reporting this rare entity.
