What is it about?
The granular cell tumor is a rare tumor that can be found in a routine colonoscopy, presenting as an innocent bulge of the mucosa, termed subepithelial lesion. Endoscopic submucosal dissection is a sophisticated endoscopic technique that was able to safely treat this case, avoiding surgery.
