What is it about?
We used blood samples to investigate the levels of ADAM10 in Brazilian older adults with Alzheimer's disease (AD). People with AD had lower ADAM10 levels compared with healthy participants. We suggest that ADAM10 can help to diagnosis AD, together with the classical biomarkers.
