What is it about?
It has been demonstrated through experimental and clinical studies that there is a bi-directional interaction between the gut microbiota and the different organs of the body and that the use of probiotics is a beneficial approach for preventing and treating gut dysbiosis. We have demonstrated that the use of kefir for more than 30 days reduces the cognitive disorders observed in old Alzheimer patients suffering from dementia.
