Why is it important?

Our findings suggest that collaboration at this level and in this manner is essential for achieving tangible systemic changes. It eliminates the natural tendency to work in silos by creating a platform for shared experiences across roles. Additionally, the dynamic nature of schools often makes it challenging for school teams to meet, which is crucial for better decision-making.

Perspectives

Writing this paper was a very rewarding experience, as it marked my first opportunity to collaborate with esteemed co-authors who have made significant contributions to computer science education. Moreover, it was my second endeavor to underscore through research the importance of team collaborations for educators - they seldom have the luxury of time to meet.
