What is it about?
This paper explores the use of wrist-worn wearable technology devices as a tool for classroom-based observational research studies, particularly with autistic children with complex needs. It is discussed how crucial it is to consider both research study design and the wearer experience when designing even a simple tool for research purposes in order to ensure maximum data collection.
