Why is it important?
Depression is a hidden "pandemic" and there is an increasingly large number of people living with depression. Unfortunately, many of the affected people do not have access to or receive insufficient treatment. A possible way to deal with this problem is to find new ways to help people preventing and coping with depressive episodes. This work proposes a potentially acceptable, cheap and effective way to help an increasingly larger number of people preventing and coping with depression in everyday life.
