What is it about?
This publication is the first to explore the idea of turning social media around and using it for crowdsourcing purposes, such as getting answers to questions from strangers talking about relevant topics. As an example, if we wanted to know the wait time at a security line at an airport, we might search Twitter for someone who says that they are at the airport we are interested in, and then send them a question by mentioning their name in the question tweet.
