What is it about?
In clinical trials, baseline features are information about the trial participants which could play a role in whether or not the treatment works; thus, it is important that they are selected with great care. This usually requires medical experts, which can be costly and time consuming. We introduce a user friendly LLM powered app to select baseline features for trials and assess it on an existing benchmark for this task, showing improved results.
