What is it about?
Older individuals confront various types of problems such as human/behavioural challenges, technological challenges and societal challenges which hinder them from the use and adoption of online financial services- this includes any website which involves money transactions. Thematic analysis conducted on preliminary findings portrayed some of the main reasons why older people do not use digital services: fear of financial scams, lack of help and lack of digital skills.

Technology is vital in day to day lives. However, vulnerable people are being digitally excluded and therefore, they are not fully experiencing the benefits of online services. Development of useful solutions would assist them to some extent.
