What is it about?

A quantum version of General Relativity that explains Dark Energy and Dark Matter as manifestations of quantum gravity. It solves the the galaxy rotation curve problem, the coincidence problem and cosmic acceleration.

Why is it important?

A semi classical version of General Relativity is presented whose importance lies in that it will one day lead to the formulation of General relativity in a Schrodinger like wave equation as in quantum mechanics. It also gives an explanation of Dark Energy and Dark Matter.
