Possible association between Helicobacter pylori infection and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

What is it about?

For the first time we integrated large scale ResNet relation data and large sample sized clinical data to explore possible association between HPI and NAFLD at three levels: 1.) Genetic level; 2.) Small molecular level; and 3.) Clinical level, and results support possible biological association between HPI and NAFLD.
