What is it about?

Our psychological response data suggest that shorter sprints with more repetitions are perceived as more enjoyable and lead to greater intentions to engage in SIT. These results provide promising evidence regarding the perception of SIT protocols and could inform the delivery of future exercise programs and interventions.
