What is it about?
In this group of Canadian children and youth, we observed that dietary fat intake was associated with unfavorable prospective changes in blood pressure, waist circumference, and Insulin sensitivity in the relatively short observational period of two years. Additionally, sodium intake was associated with a prospective increase in diastolic blood pressure.
