What is it about?

Sentinel node mapping in endometrial cancer is widely accepted for staging purposes. Hysteroscopic peritumoral injeciton of tracer has comparable detection rates to cervical injection. Hysteroscopic injection leads to a nearly 50% aortic mapping. Nearly half of endometrial cancer patients with positive nodes have aortic involvement.
