What is it about?

Physical Activity 4 Everyone is a 2 year program, this paper shows that even at 12-months in, there is an effect on adolescents physical activity which equated to 27 minutes more moderate and vigorous intensity physical activity per week, i.e. the type of activity that increases one's heart rate and makes us breathe faster.
