Statistical properties of quantum graph spectra

What is it about?

This short report suggests an analytical approach to describing statistics of quantum graph spectra based on the exact periodic orbit series expansions of quantum levels. It also proposes a mechanism by which the universal statistical properties of spectral fluctuations may appear.
