What is it about?
This study investigated three swab types for ability to recover different organism types at different temperatures and holding periods based on the new Clinical & Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI) M40-A2 standard.The new standard, revised from the M40-A included a new method and the tested swabs, sigma Transwabs by Medical Wire were efficient at recovering all tested organisms.
