What is it about?
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a pathogenic bacterium that causes disease in humans and animals. We determined a draft version of the DNA sequence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa MH38, a strain of Pseudomonas aeruginosa that can affect the urinary system of humans. Based on the total DNA sequence, more than 6000 genes have been predicted, and information of the DNA sequence and predicted genes has been made available in public scientific databases.
