What is it about?
We have studied the prevalence of sapovirus, agents of gastroenteritis, in wastewater in Tunisia and the effectiveness of different water treatments for the removal of the virus. In addition, the virus detected were genotyped to elucidate the most prevalent variants of the virus in Tunisia.
