Large-scale β-lactamase detection method (LARGE-SCALEblaFinder)

What is it about?

We developed a molecular diagnostic method that can detect almost all clinically available bla (β-lactamase) genes in various pathogenic isolates using only one unique multiplex PCR condition and sequencing of PCR products.
