What is it about?

The fact that there is no vacuum has some interesting implications for the entire nature. The paper is stating the fact that all that there is and the transformations between states as well, can be reduced to information, in the most largely understood meaning of the word

Why is it important?

Based on the paper's assumptions, the conclusion can be drawn that there is a direct relationship between the quantity of information found down at the quantum level and the information pertaining to the normal scale world, and one way this relationship can be described is by means of the Fourier Transform

Perspectives

By admitting the nonexistence of vacuum space and carefully looking at the carousel of transformation of information, one can find new ways of understanding of the quantum phenomena
